Paul Gravley is a seasoned nonprofit executive with over two decades of leadership experience. He currently serves as CEO of Didlake, Inc., an organization dedicated to creating and promoting opportunities that enrich the lives of people with disabilities. Under Paul’s leadership, Didlake works to eliminate barriers and foster inclusive communities where people with disabilities are valued and respected.

Previously, Paul was President and CEO of Texas Center for Arts + Academics, where he led fine-arts-focused charter schools in Fort Worth, Texas; GRAMMY award-winning performance groups; and conservatories that provide top-tier afterschool programming for the community. His career in nonprofit leadership also includes positions as Executive Director of The Parenting Center, where he expanded programs that strengthened families and supported child abuse prevention, and Chief Development Officer for Helping Restore Ability, one of Texas' largest providers of in-home care services for people with disabilities.

Outside of work, Paul might be found playing a guitar or, even more likely, at a baseball field cheering on his three boys with his wife, Stephanie.
